A NOSSAC Element have contained a group of wizards that affiliates themselves with "The Church" , and set a perimeter for a group of voluntary temporary Field Explorers to research their the wizard's anomalous property's. Budget allocated for each operative is set to 650 Caps.

Terms of Temporary Operative Engagement
1. Engagement Scope
This agreement outlines the responsibilities and limitations of NOSSAC (hereinafter "the Foundation") in support of authorized field operatives (hereinafter "Operative") during temporary mission assignments.
2. Foundation Responsibilities
2.1 Equipment Provision
The Foundation will issue standard operational equipment as determined appropriate for the mission profile. Equipment includes but is not limited to: weapons systems, tactical gear, communications hardware, and support tools.
2.2 Intelligence Briefing
The Foundation will provide all available and verified intelligence relevant to the mission, including but is not limited to: target profiles, AO maps, known threat assessment, and tactical recommendations.
2.3 Mission Parameters
The Foundation will deliver accurate, complete, and timely mission briefings containing: primary objectives, secondary objectives, extraction protocols, ROE (Rules of Engagement), and any operational constraints.
2.4 Logistical Support
The Foundation will maintain communication channels, coordinate resupply when feasible, and provide standard medical/extraction support consistent with operational procedures.
2.5 Intel Accuracy
All briefed intelligence is provided in good faith based on available sources at time of deployment. The Foundation commits to accuracy within the operational intelligence standard.
3. Operative Responsibilities
All execution, tactical decisions, and consequences beyond Foundation-provided support are the sole responsibility of the Operative.
3.1 Mission Execution
The Operative assumes full responsibility for: tactical approach and methodology, on-site decision making and adaptation, casualty management and personnel decisions, and equipment maintenance and deployment.
3.2 Operational Accountability
The Operative is accountable for: adherence to briefed ROE, success or failure of mission objectives, any collateral outcomes resulting from tactical choices, and accurate after-action reporting.
3.3 Personal Readiness
The Operative must maintain operational fitness and competency, report any capability limitations pre-deployment, conduct own situational assessment in theater, and take independent action when Foundation support is unavailable.
4. Liability and Indemnification
4.1 Foundation Limitation
The Foundation's liability is strictly limited to the provision of equipment, intel, and communications support as outlined in Section 2. The Foundation assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from Operative decision-making, tactical execution, or field conditions.
4.2 Operative Assumption
The Operative assumes all risk associated with mission execution, including but not limited to: personal injury, equipment loss, mission failure, and any secondary effects resulting from tactical choices made in the field.
4.3 Third-Party Claims
The Operative indemnifies the Foundation against any claims, damages, or legal action arising from the Operative's actions during mission execution.
5. Equipment and Asset Management
5.1 Foundation Property
All equipment issued remains Foundation property. Operatives are responsible for reasonable care and recovery when operationally feasible.
5.2 Loss of Equipment
Equipment loss during mission execution does not constitute a breach by the Foundation. Standard replacement may be available for subsequent deployments pending mission evaluation.
5.3 Unauthorized Modification
Operatives may not permanently modify or repurpose issued equipment outside mission parameters. Temporary field modifications are acceptable if operationally necessary.
6. Intelligence Disclaimer
Intel provided is based on available sources and operational assessment at briefing time. The Foundation cannot guarantee real-time accuracy or account for unknown variables in the operational area. Operatives are expected to verify and adapt tactical approach based on ground conditions.
7. Mission Termination
Either party may request mission termination through established channels. The Operative remains responsible for all actions taken prior to confirmed termination.
8. Operational Security
The Operative agrees to maintain strict OPSEC regarding Foundation methods, assets, personnel, and ongoing operations. Breach of OPSEC may result in termination of future engagement and permanent blacklisting.
9. Post-Mission Protocols
9.1 Debriefing
The Operative will participate in full debriefing within 48 hours of mission conclusion.
9.2 Damage Assessment
Equipment damage or loss will be assessed during debrief for record-keeping and future provisioning.
9.3 Lessons Learned
The Operative should report any intel discrepancies, equipment failures, or unexpected factors for operational improvement.
10. Acknowledgment
By accepting deployment under this agreement, the Operative acknowledges: receipt and understanding of all briefed materials, acceptance of sole responsibility for tactical execution, assumption of all risk beyond Foundation-provided support, and commitment to OPSEC and post-mission protocols.
